Welcome to AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals. By renting equipment or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between you, the renter, and AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
- Rental Agreement
1.1. All equipment provided remains the property of AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals. The renter obtains temporary use of the equipment under this agreement.
1.2. The renter agrees to use the equipment solely for the purpose of bed bug heat treatment and not for any other purposes.
1.3. The rental period begins upon receipt of the equipment and ends when it is returned to AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals in acceptable condition.
1.4. The renter agrees not to sublease, transfer, or lend the equipment to any third party.
- Payment and Identification Requirements
2.1. Full payment for the rental is required at the time of booking. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards and other methods as specified on our website.
2.2. The renter must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, a credit card, and proof of address (such as a utility bill or lease agreement) at the time of rental.
2.3. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in its original condition.
- Renter Responsibilities
3.1. The renter is responsible for the safe handling and operation of the equipment.
3.2. The renter must carefully follow all instructions and guidelines provided for equipment setup, operation, and safety.
3.3. The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the equipment or harm resulting from its misuse.
- Equipment Care and Maintenance
4.1. The renter must return the equipment clean and free of any debris or contaminants.
4.2. The renter agrees to inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals immediately of any issues or damage.
4.3. Any repairs or maintenance required due to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation will be charged to the renter.
- Preparation and Use
5.1. The renter is responsible for adequately preparing their space for the heat treatment, following the guidelines provided. Failure to do so may result in incomplete treatment or equipment damage.
5.2. The equipment is to be used indoors only and in accordance with the instructions provided by AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals.
5.3. For units equipped with sprinkler systems, it is essential to turn off and drain the sprinklers before beginning the heat treatment to prevent accidental activation and potential water damage.
5.4. Smoke alarms must remain operational at all times to ensure safety in the event of a fire.
- Late Returns and Extensions
6.1. Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date and time.
6.2. Late returns will incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.
6.3. Extensions to the rental period must be requested and approved by AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals in advance.
- Liability Disclaimer
7.1. AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the equipment.
7.2. The renter acknowledges that bed bug heat treatment involves inherent risks and agrees to use the equipment at their own discretion and responsibility.
7.3. The effectiveness of the treatment depends on proper usage of the equipment and adherence to the preparation guidelines. However, AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals does not guarantee complete eradication of bed bugs, no matter how closely instructions are followed. Multiple treatments may be necessary and should be expected, especially for severe infestations.
- Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental period are eligible for a full refund.
8.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
8.3. No refunds will be provided once the rental period has begun.
- Prohibited Activities
9.1. The equipment must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
9.2. The equipment may not be modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.
- Indemnification
10.1. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of the equipment.
10.2. This indemnification extends to any third-party claims resulting from the renter’s actions or negligence.
- Equipment Return and Inspection
11.1. The equipment will be inspected upon return. Any damage, loss, or missing parts will be documented, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.
11.2. The security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection.
- Modifications to Terms and Conditions
12.1. AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
12.2. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law
13.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which AAA Bed Bug Heater Rentals operates.
13.2. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
